【摘要】:ThisguideaddressestheconcernsofRegulationGuide1.54andUSNRCStandardReviewPlan6.1.2,andthereplacementofANSIStandardsN5.12,N101.2,andN101.4.Thisguidecoverscoatingworkonpreviouslycoatedsurfacesaswellasbaresubstrates.ThisguideappliestoallcoatingworkinCoatingServiceLevelIandIIIareas(thatis,safety-relatedcoatingwork).ApplicablesectionsofthisguidemayalsobeusedtoevaluateandselectprotectivecoatingsforCoatingServiceLevelIIareaswheredeemedappropriatebythelicensee.Thetestingreferencedinthisguideisparticularlyappropriateforsafety-relatedcoatingsinsidethereactor-containment.Othertestmethodsmaybeusedforassessingthesuitabilityforserviceofsafety-relatedcoatingsoutsidethereactor-containment.CriteriaforqualificationandperformancemonitoringofCoatingServiceLevelIIIcoatingsshallbeaddressedinjobspecifications.GuidanceforselectingandperformancemonitoringofCoatingServiceLevelIIIcoatingsisprovidedGuidesD7230andD7167respectively,andSections4.4and4.5ofEPRI1003102(formerlyTR-109937).Usersofthisguidemustensurethatcoatingsworkcompliesnotonlywiththisguide,butalsowiththelicensee''splant-specificqualityassuranceprogramandlicensingcommitments.Safety-RelatedCoatings:ThequalificationofcoatingsforCoatingServiceLevelsIandIIIaredifferenteventhoughtheyarebothsafety-related.ThisguideprovidestheminimumrequirementsforqualifyingCoatingServiceLevelIcoatingsandalsoprovidesguidanceforadditionalqualificationteststhatmaybeusedtoevaluateCoatingServiceLevelIcoatings.ThisguidealsoprovidesguidanceconcerningselectionofCoatingServiceLevelIIIcoatings.CoatingServiceLevelICoatings:AllCoatingServiceLevelIcoatingsmustberesistanttotheeffectsofradiationandmustbeDBAqualified.Thetestspecimensshallbeprepared,irradiatedandDBAtestedandevaluatedinaccordancewiththerequirementsof:(a)TestMethodD3911orplantspecificrequirementsasapplicable,(b)TestMethodD4082,and(c)SpecificationD5139.Inadditiontotherequirementsof4.4.2.1,CoatingServiceLevelIcoatingsmaybeevaluatedforadditionalqualitiesormayrequireapplicationcontrolswhendeemedapplicablebythejobspecificationsorlicensingcommitments.Thefollowingdocumentsprovideguidanceforapplication,possibleadditionaltestingorforthefurtherevaluationofCoatingServiceLevelIcoatingswhenapplicable:(a)TestMethodC177,(b)PracticeD3843,(c)TestMethodD3912,(d)TestMethodD4060,(e)PracticeD4227,(f)PracticeD4228,(g)GuideD4537,(h)TestMethodD4541,(i)TestMethodE84,(j)TestMethodE1461,and(k)TestMethodE1530.ConditionassessmentandmanagementofCoatingServiceLevelIcoatingsisalsorequiredbythelicenseetomaintaintheco......
