【摘要】:ThispartofISO6336presentsthebasicprinciplesof,anintroductionto,andthegeneralinfluencefactorsfor,thecalculationoftheloadcapacityofspurandhelicalgears.TogetherwithISO6336-2,ISO6336-3,ISO6336-5andISO6336-6,itprovidesamethodbywhichdifferentgeardesignscanbecompared.Itisnotintendedtoassuretheperformanceofassembleddrivegearsystems.Itisnotintendedforusebythegeneralengineeringpublic.Instead,itisintendedforusebytheexperiencedgeardesignerwhoiscapableofselectingreasonablevaluesforthefactorsintheseformulaebasedonknowledgeofsimilardesignsandawarenessoftheeffectsoftheitemsdiscussed.TheformulaeinISO6336areintendedtoestablishauniformlyacceptablemethodforcalculatingthepittingresistanceandbendingstrengthcapacityofcylindricalgearswithstraightorhelicalinvoluteteeth.ISO6336includesproceduresbasedontestingandtheoreticalstudiessuchasthoseofHirt[1],Strasser[2]andBrossmann[3].Theresultsofratingcalculationsmadebyfollowingthismethodareingoodagreementwithpreviouslyacceptedgearcalculationsmethods(seeReferences[4]to[8])fornormalworkingpressureanglesupto25°andreferencehelixanglesupto25°).Forlargerpressureanglesandlargerhelixangles,thetrendsofproductsYFYSYβand,respectively,ZHZεZβarenotthesameasthoseofsomeearliermethods.TheuserofISO6336iscautionedthatwhenthemethodsinISO6336areusedforotherhelixanglesandpressureangles,thecalculatedresultswillneedtobeconfirmedbyexperience.TheformulaeinISO6336arenotapplicablewhenanyofthefollowingconditionsexist:?spurorhelicalgearswithtransversecontactratioslessthan1,0;?spurorhelicalgearswithtransversecontactratiosgreaterthan2,5;?interferencebetweentoothtipsandrootfillets;?teetharepointed;?backlashiszero.TheratingformulaeinISO6336arenotapplicabletoothertypesofgeartoothdeteriorationsuchasplasticyielding,scuffing,casecrushing,weldingandwear,andarenotapplicableundervibratoryconditionswheretheremaybeanunpredictableprofilebreakdown.Thebendingstrengthformulaeareapplicabletofracturesatthetoothfillet,butarenotapplicabletofracturesonthetoothworkingsurfaces,failureofthegearrim,orfailuresofthegearblankthroughwebandhub.ISO6336doesnotapplytoteethfinishedbyforgingorsintering.Itisnotapplicabletogearswhichhaveapoorcontactpattern.TheproceduresinISO6336provideratingformulaeforthecalculationofloadcapacity,basedonpittingandtoothrootbreakage.Atpitchlinevelocitiesbelow1m/sthegearloadcapacityisoftenlimitedbyabrasivewear(seeotherliteratureforinformationonthecalculationforthis).
