【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversameanstomeasuretheenduseflammability,forexample,burnrateofsleepingbagswhichusevariousmaterialsandconstructionsintheirmanufacture,andprovideslabelingrequirementstofacilitatetheidentificationofproductsconformingtothistestmethod.ThistestmethoddefinestheproceduresdescribedintheflammabilitystandardCPAI-75whichhasbeentheacceptedstandardinthesleepingbagindustryintheU.S.forover30years.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandardshouldbeusedtomeasureanddescribethepropertiesofmaterials,products,orassembliesinresponsetoheatandflameundercontrolledlaboratoryconditionsandshouldnotbeusedtodescribeorappraisethefirehazardorfireriskofmaterials,products,orassembliesunderactualfireconditions.However,resultsofthistestmaybeusedaselementsofafire-riskassessmentwhichtakesintoaccountallofthefactorswhicharepertinenttoanassessmentofthefirehazardofaparticularenduse.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
