【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversrequirementsforsteelwirenailssuitableforuseintheapplicationofgypsumboard.1.2Detailsofconstructionforaspecificassemblytoachievetherequiredfireresistanceshallbeobtainedfromreportsoffire-resistancetests,engineeringevaluations,orlistingsfromrecognizedfiretestinglaboratories.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.4Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Sections7and8,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
